Rachel joined HF Integration in May 2019 as a Senior Human Factors Consultant. She is skilled in the application of human factors principles and analysis to identify impacts on business risk, and has 10 years’ experience in specialist human factors and safety roles for consultancies and major companies across a range of high reliability industries, including rail, aviation, and oil and gas.
Rachel holds a Masters qualification in Risk Management, and a Graduate Certificate of Human Factors and Safety Management Systems. She is a certified International Engineering Safety Management (iESM) Practitioner, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF).
Jo joined HF Integration in October 2017 as an experienced Human Factors Specialist. She had previously worked in the oil & gas industry for five years, successfully integrating human factors into corporate processes and major capital projects. During her time with HF Integration, she has been extensively involved in providing human factors services to a range of clients in high risk industries, including rail and mining. She is also experienced in industrial and healthcare ergonomics.
Jo holds a Masters qualification in Ergonomics (Human Factors) and Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion.
Cherie joined HF Integration in April 2019 as a Graduate Consultant, having completed her Masters in Ergonomics and Human Behaviour in 2018. Prior to working with HF Integration, Cherie worked with Swick Mining Services, carrying out workplace risk assessments at site, and developing injury prevention strategies and return to work programmes. During her time with HF Integration, Cherie has provided human factors services to the mining and rail industries. She is also experienced in the oil and gas, construction, and healthcare industries.

Andrew is a Human Factors Consultant and the Director of HF Integration Pty Ltd. He has 18 years’ experience in providing practical human factors, ergonomics and workplace risk assessment services to clients in a range of hazardous industries, including oil and gas, mining, rail and defence.
Andrew holds Masters qualifications in both Psychology and Ergonomics, and in 2015 was elected as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, which acknowledges a significant contribution to the discipline for over 10 years. He also recently became an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers.
